Manila: Three young confreres of the first year of theology have declared, in the presence of the general superior Fr. Umberto Brugnoni and the community their firm decision to pursue preparation for the priestly consecration and ministry in our guanellian family. Such decision was manifested during the Eucharistic celebration in the liturgical feast of the apostles Simon and Jude, in the chapel of our Manila Formation House.
Brother Hoang, from Vietnam and brothers Michael and Harry from the Philippines, have publicly expressed their availability to welcome with an open soul, the formative action of the Church, through the mediation of their formators.
Fr.General during the homily, appreciated the courage of these brothers and at the same he challenged them to commit wholeheartedly to the transforming work of the Spirit, moving with generosity and courage toward their goal of priestly consecration and ministry. The promises of these young confreres were witnessed by the Manila community and also by the coordinator of the Stella Maris Confederation who wished them a fruitful formative journey while assuring the fraternal support of prayer.
